Will a new English Bulldog puppy and our 2 year old cat get along?
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010My wife and I have a 2 year old cat and we are planning on getting a new English Bulldog puppy. Will the animals get along? Is there anything we should be concerned about?
They might not get along right away. But give it time and soon they will learn to live with each other.
I have a Yellow Lab, 4 years old, and a cat. At first they were shy and scared of each other, then after a month or so they even slept in the same room together.
How long is a teacup chihuahua supposed to live?
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010Im concerned because my teacup chihuahua is 10 years old and my sister told me the other day they only live until they are 9. Please help me.

My Gwen is only 3 pounds right now, and she is almost four months old. We have plans on her living a long and very healthy life . chihuahua’s. can range in weight from very small ( 2 and a half ) to a hefty 10 pounds . All is considered normal according to my vet. So do not worry.
Love your baby. Give him or her their regular vet visits and keep them safe and they should have have a quite normal life span of 15 to 18 years. This is an estimate. Some have been lucky enough to live longer in our lives some are just passing angels as are all animals.

How can I make sure my puppies get a good home?
Friday, February 5th, 2010They were born June 24th. We arent giving them away just yet, they are eating regular food and everything, well we put water in it and they seem to be doing fine, but I was just wondering, what can I do to be sure they are going to a good home? I love all of them soooo much, I wish I could keep them all lol. and YES my dog is going to be fixed soon so please dont say anything about that its getting pretty old. We are already planning on charging 10 dollars because we hand fed them and it was REALLY expensive, considering she had 9 puppies, but we are sending a bad of purina puppy chow with each one of them also, just to get them started. What else can we do?
I’m having the same trouble with my kittens. I would just ask questions .. ask .. ask .. ask.
Questions to ask:
1. Do you have a house/apt/ or condo?
2. Do you have a fenced in back yard?
3. Do you have any small children?
4. Have you owned dogs before?
5. Do you currently have any dogs?
And remember .. this all depends on what kind of puppies they are. If they are good apartment dogs then no worries if the people live in an apartment. But i wouldn’t worry too much. Just make sure they look like good people who will take care of your pup.
If the people live somewhere where they can’t have animals, and they say they ARE aloud .. honestly, theres no way around that unless you are part of an animal shelter or animal rescue program .. you do not have the right to call the apt. complex where they live and ask.
But if its an aggressive dog MAKE SURE you let them know not to have it around small children .. things like that. If you don’t know too much about the breed then google your dog .. get some info about her breed .. that will help a lot.

When my fiance and i got our australian shepherd the lady said she wouldn’t let him go to anyone living in an apartment .. well, we knew in about a year we would be moving out of our apt. into a house so we just lied. We really liked him and we have seen NUMEROUS people around our complex with bigger dogs then this.
So i honestly wouldn’t be too picky. I would get them into the vet for their first shots and everything. I wouldn’t of purchased my pup if he hadn’t.
If they look like they are good people, loves dogs and show that they really like the animal .. let it go

Sunday, January 24th, 2010My girl chihuahua and but chihuahua were mating.Then out of no where my buy chihuahu’s thing gets stuck in my girl chihuahua’s butt.Is this bad.What does it mean.
Get your dogs fixed as you know nothing about breeding animals.
Its called tying. Male canine have knots that form at the base of their penises that lock them inside the female while ejaculation occurs. None tying breeding does occur but there are greater chances for pregnancy with a tie. Eventually the knot swelling will go down and the male will slip out.
Please get both of your animals fixed. You don’t need to be breeding and least of all chihuahuas.
